Rockin' Red Rodeo

Nikki Simpson - Farmers Branch & Richardson Senior Centers

This year’s Workshop is dedicated to line dancer, Charloise Jones, 1923 – 2009.

2009 Workshop, April 16-18.  Well, the Workshop has come and gone... so this page is a little out of date.   Everyone had a great time!  We hope you were able to attend.  We do have some NEWS... check the Workshop page for the dances selected by the instructors for the Jamboree in October.

What’s buzzin’ cousin?  Here’s the word from the bird!  The Farmers Branch Jamboree Line Dance Workshop is getting’ ready to rock ‘n roll, April 16 (the Thursday night party) through April 18.  This year’s theme... At the Hop, 1950’s style.  Wear your poodle skirts, bobby socks, saddle shoes, greased hair, shades, rolled jeans, go-go boots, and letter sweaters.

We hope you will return to carry on the Workshop tradition of fun and friendship.  The Workshop is the place where dances that are nominated for the current year’s Jamboree are introduced and taught.  Be cool!  Be a part of it!

For more information, check the Workshop Page... you can get a registration form here or there.

2008 Workshop.  Remember... we had a rip-roarin’ good time at the 2008 “Best Little Workshop in Texas.”  There are some pictures at the bottom of the Workshop page to refresh your memory.  See y’all at the 2009 Workshop!
